LoRaWANゲートウェイ／センサーノード
LoRaとはLPWA(Low Power Wide Area)のIoT向け無線ネットワークの一つで、IoT 時代のニーズに対応した省エネ・長距離・低コストで誰でも簡単に利用できる無線ネットワーク規格です。
オリジナル特許は、仏 CyCleo社が取得しており、省エネ・サブ GHz 帯でスペクトラム拡散無線暗号化技術です。
LoRa は、「Long Range」の頭２文字をつなげた事が由来となります。
この特許を米 SEMTECH 社が買い取り LoRa 通信チップを商品化しました。
SEMTECH 社はソフトライブラリをオープンソース化し、非営利団体「LoRa Allicance」を展開中です。
仏 Orange 社、和蘭 KPN、韓国 SK Telcom 社など各国通信キャリア、 IBM、Cisco など 350 社が参加しています。
LoRaは物理層の規格で、実際に通信を行うためにはデータリンク層が必要となります。その規格がLoRaWANです。
弊社では、このLoRaの技術を用いた、Dragino社製のLoRaWANに対応したLoRa対応ゲートウェイおよび、LoRaモジュールの販売を行っております。
